Terms & Conditions – Riddhima Interiors World
These Terms & Conditions outline the general policies and guidelines of Riddhima Interiors World for all design and execution projects. By engaging our services, the client agrees to the following terms:
1. Project Scope
All designs, layouts, and execution will be carried out as per the final approved drawings and specifications mutually agreed upon between the client and Riddhima Interiors World. Any additional changes or modifications requested after approval may affect the cost and completion time.
2. Design & Material Approval
The client must approve all 3D designs, materials, finishes, and color combinations before execution. Once approved, any changes requested during execution will incur additional costs and may alter the delivery schedule.
3. Payment Terms

40% Advance Payment at the time of project confirmation.

50% During Execution Phase (after material delivery or mid-stage).

10% Final Payment upon completion and before handover.
All payments must be made through bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed modes. Delay in payment may lead to a hold on project progress.
4. Project Timeline
The estimated completion time will be mentioned in the proposal. However, delays caused by client approvals, design changes, payment delays, or material unavailability may affect the project timeline.
5. Warranty & After-Sales Support
We provide a 1-year service warranty on workmanship for interiors executed by Riddhima Interiors World. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, water leakage, or external factors beyond our control.
6. Site Access & Responsibilities
The client must ensure that the site is ready, safe, and accessible for work. Any obstruction, delay, or interference from third parties may impact the schedule and cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the project after confirmation, the advance amount will be non-refundable as it covers design and material preparation costs.
8. Ownership of Designs
All designs, layouts, and 3D renderings created by Riddhima Interiors World remain the intellectual property of the company. They may not be shared, copied, or executed by third parties without written permission.
9. Price Validity
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Any delay in approval or confirmation beyond this period may require price revision due to changes in material cost or availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
Riddhima Interiors World will not be liable for delays or losses caused by natural calamities, strikes, supplier issues, transportation delays, or external factors beyond reasonable control.
11. Offers & Discounts
All promotional offers (such as discounts or free gifts) are subject to terms and conditions and valid for a limited period. Offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
12. Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
